Could anyone tell me how to listen to the radio when stopped (parked) and waiting for my wife at the dentist?
I can turn the power on but it tells me to turn off as the battery is low (surely not so low I can't listen to the radio)
If you turn on he engine and leave it in 'ready' you can listen to the radio. The petrol engine may kick in when the battery is deemed to be low. I don't know of any other method except for taking a portable radio with you!
With the car switched off, press the start button but do not put your foot on the break pedal , this puts the car in accessory mode and the radio will operate, it will switch off automatically after about 6 minutes so you don't leave it on accidentally and flatten the battery.
