I noted when filling my new Cross with petrol, both E5 and E10 petrols are shown by the fuel cap. I filled with unleaded, but does anyone actually use super unleaded, if so what are the benefits?

When standard unleaded moved over to E10 many people have noticed a slight reduction in mpg. The super unleaded gives you slightly better mpg and is said to keep you engine clean internally. There is however a sizeable difference in cost at the pump.
Personally, I don't bother with super unleaded. I am getting mid-70s mpg on my Yaris Cross (nearly 9,000 miles done) so am perfectly happy with that.
