I have just driven my Yaris Cross in Snow, so I set the mode to 'Snow' and it seemed to help. However, I clicked through to the 4 wheel display, which evidently shows which wheels are powered. There are blue bars that appear on the wheels shown on the display and I would like to know what they mean, as I can find nothing about it in the manual.
I understand that, as expected, the blue bars were mostly at the front, with the rear ones kicking in in deep slush and melted snow. However, I do not know why there is frequently no evidence of any power operating. There also seemed to be changes in the axle colour.
Does anyone know where I can get a full explanation of how this works?
