Does anybody know please where I might get a new full set of mudflaps for my 73 plate Yaris Cross Design?

I would try your main dealer.
I just looked on the Toyota UK site and all new Yaris Cross cars can be ordered with both front and rear mudflaps.
It is showing at about £100 on the configuration system so not too expensive.

Genuine Toyota front and back £57. https://toyotadirectparts.co.uk/parts/t ... mud-flaps/ You need to remove the rear wheels and drill 4 small holes in the wheel arch plastic to fit them - doesn't take long though.
